• Health information the nurse records during care (foot and lower-leg assessment, relevant history, medications you share)
• Nurse applications and provider referrals you send by email

How we use it

Only to schedule and deliver your care, contact you about visits, keep required nursing records, collect private payment, and respond to nurse or provider inquiries. We do not sell your information or use it for third-party advertising.

Booking by phone and email

Bookings are currently taken by phone. Forms on this site open your own email app; the message is sent by your email provider, so please do not include detailed medical history, Social Security numbers, or payment card numbers in email. Share those details by phone or at your visit.

No client portal yet

We do not currently collect health information through this website. There is no online portal, account, or login. If we add one (for example, Practice Better), this policy will be updated before it goes live.

Private pay

We do not bill Medicare or insurance, so we do not send your information to insurers. Payment is collected at or after the visit.

Sharing

We share health information only with your permission (for example, with your physician or podiatrist), with family or caregivers you designate, or when required by law.

Security and retention

Paper and electronic records are kept secured and access-limited, and retained as required for Arizona nursing documentation.

Website

This site has no ad trackers or analytics cookies. Our host (Cloudflare) may keep standard technical logs for security.
