Side-gig RN foot care—with a hub that handles the hard parts

Gila Valley Foot Care is building the AZ hub for in-home RN foot care. We want licensed nurses who want flexible, meaningful visits—starting in Arizona, then expanding nationally as the network matures.

Our goal is maximum automation: you apply once, then follow a guided path from credentialing through your first booked clients. Clinical skill still matters—required clinical hours are supervised in person—but paperwork, scheduling, and client matching should not eat your off-shift time.

What the hub provides

  • Client demand & routing in your area (as coverage grows)
  • Visit protocols for Level 1 basic foot care
  • Booking & reminders (Practice Better / portal pathway)
  • Charting support designed for quick, consistent notes
  • Guided certificate / credential track (see below)
  • Infection-control & instrument standards

You bring an active RN license, professionalism, and a willingness to learn foot care the right way.

Fully guided path: recruit → onboard → train → certify → get booked

We are designing this as an end-to-end flow—as automated as licensing and patient safety allow. Soft promise: less chase-down admin for you; clear next steps at every stage. We do not operate a fake “accredited school.” When a recognized certificate or specialty credential is part of the track, we point you to established programs and help you stay on schedule.

Apply online

Short interest form. We confirm license state, availability, and service area interest. Automated acknowledgment so you know we received it.

Onboard digitally

Secure document checklist: license, liability coverage as required, ID, tax/onboarding forms (W-2 vs 1099 path TBD with counsel), policies, and portal access. Progress tracked so nothing sits in limbo.

Guided training & certificate track

Self-paced modules for hub protocols, infection control, and visit flow—plus a recommended path toward recognized foot care certificates / specialty credentials from established educators. The hub coaches deadlines and milestones; it does not invent its own accreditation.

In-person supervised clinical hours

Hands-on practice with oversight. Clinical hours are supervised in person—automation ends where safe skill demonstration begins.

Credential check & go-live

Verify license status, completed modules, and supervised hours. Activate booking so you can accept clients under hub standards.

Get booked

Matched clients, calendar sync, charting prompts, and ongoing protocol updates—so your side gig stays organized as we grow from the Gila Valley across Arizona and, later, nationally.

Scope of practice: Partner nurses deliver Level 1 basic foot care under hub protocols and applicable state nursing rules. Advanced diabetic / Level 2 care is only considered when accredited training and appropriate orders are in place—never overclaimed.

Who this fits

  • RNs with an active Arizona license (other states later)
  • Nurses wanting evening / weekend side income
  • Home health, wound, med-surg, or similar backgrounds welcome
  • People who like older adults and unhurried visits

What we ask of you

  • Reliable communication and punctual visits
  • Follow infection-control and charting standards
  • Complete the guided cert track milestones
  • Attend required in-person supervised clinical hours
