Meet Cliff

Hi—I’m Clifton (Cliff) McNeill, an Arizona Registered Nurse. I’ve been a nurse for 16 years, working in hospitals and homes across Arizona and New Mexico.

My background spans emergency, ICU, med-surg, stroke, telemetry, wound care, home health, case management, and psychiatric nursing. Along the way I’ve cared for countless feet, including many patients living with diabetes. I know how much healthy feet matter for staying active and independent.

Patients describe me as friendly, patient, and easy to talk to. I treat every visit with the same care I’d want for my own family.

Why Gila Valley Foot Care

There is a real need here for safe, accessible foot care—especially for people who have trouble leaving home or cannot safely use a salon. I founded this practice to bring professional, compassionate nursing foot care to the doorstep of Gila Valley neighbors.

The brand is larger than one nurse’s calendar. Gila Valley Foot Care is the Arizona hub for in-home RN foot care: start local, grow statewide, then partner with nurses nationally so more families can get this service at home.

Serve locally

Reliable Level 1 care in Safford, Thatcher, Pima, and nearby communities—with Willcox by request when schedules allow.

Grow statewide

Build protocols, booking, and charting so Arizona nurses can offer the same trusted visit model.

Scale the network

Recruit and support partner nurses—training path, clients, and automation—so the hub can expand beyond Arizona over time.

Clinical credibility—without overclaiming

I have extensive experience providing foot care, including for clients with diabetes. That experience does not mean we currently offer advanced Level 2 diabetic foot care. Level 2 work typically requires accredited specialty training and an appropriate order. I’m committed to continuing education—including pathways such as Certified Foot Care Specialist (CFCS) credentials—and will only advertise advanced services when those requirements are met.

Today’s service is warm, careful Level 1 basic foot care by a Registered Nurse—private pay, not emergency care, and not a replacement for your physician or podiatrist.
